Production and delivery take about 7–14 days. We'll guide you through setup and provide all training materials.

We provide 3 years of hardware. After-sales service is lifelong.Our support team will diagnose the issue remotely or guide you step-by-step to fix it.

Yes, all core parts are available for replacement, and we support clients throughout the machine’s life.

Q5:Can I customize the UI or pricing system?

Absolutely. You can set your own prices, themes, and languages. The system is made to be flexible.

Not at all. Just refill blank cases and check the dashboard once a day. The machine handles the rest.
